We stand behind our product 100% and want everyone to be delighted with their purchase. Whether you have bought our chips online or in a store, just contact us for a complete refund or replacement. Email us a copy of your receipt and the details along with a photo of the back of the box (so we can see what day it was made) and a photo of the contents (so we can see if there was damage to the chips). If you bought them in a store, we would UPS you a replacement. If you bought from us online, we would refund or replace according to your choice.
If you are unable to find our products in your local stores, you can either send us an email or tell the store about our products. We'll be glad to ship them samples. Thank you for your support!
