We started making kale chips back in 2008 at the New York Naturals health food store on Flatbush Avenue.
The chips were a big hit, and soon we were selling them in stores like Whole Foods and Union Market.
We moved into a larger facility in 2010 and have been making kale chips and other unique snacks ever since.
Our chips are a bit different than the competition, especially if you get them in the one pound bags.
We make them from whole kale leaves hand coated with a thick batter of cashews, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast and other good things.
All of our snacks are raw, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and Paleo friendly. They are dehydrated slowly at temperatures below 115 degrees so they are packed with enzymes and nutrients. Our kale chips are high in vitamin K and A, iron and fiber.
